"Nice hotel design . But most of the staff don’t speak English well. There are v few choice of food and the Japanese restaurant is not to par , the food is way overpriced . The quality is below average . I hate to say it but the truth is that the food is the worst I have ever tried in Japan . the staff there is not polite and at some point I found them rude . "The spa was clean with all amenities easily accessible. The room has a workable desk oriented for business stays. Most of the stuff is professionally nice. Considering the budget offered by this hotel is stealing. I would come back to this place for my next visit to Tosu."

"This was the best hotel!!!!!! From the movie I got there, until I left, the hotel took care of me!! Everything except the breakfast was free. Free public bath, amenities, lockers, booze, snacks, tea. I want to come back to this town because of the hotel itself! The room was a little small and I had to ask for more than one pillow but this was the best hotel!"
