"A great location for Venice. Have to say that 25Euros per person for breakfast was ridiculous with all the food options nearby. Otherwise a good room, if small,with little closet space. "

"Lovely property in good area within walking distance to attractions and amenities. Staff excellent. Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Although not within hotels control but found noise from outside of a night and early morning not good and disturbed sleep"
