Overlooking the canal meant that it was a bit loud in the evening as there is a patio restaurant/bar just below, but it was very manageable. Staff was pleasant and helped us navigate the area and gave suggestions. I appreciated that the front desk was staffed 24 hours, and there was secure entry with a room key from outside.
