"The location was great - right next to the castle. Great access to restaurants- shops and historical sites. The staff were so helpful and engaging. The spa facilities were amazing. I would absolutely return again. "

"Parking is a hassel. It is about 1/2 a kilometer away from the hotel. Then you have to take a cart to and from the hotel even with your luggage. In no where on the hotel descriptions this important information. When we arrived, I had to park on th street, then walk 5 min to get to the hotel to get the code to enter the parking lot... It would have been helpful to get this information ahead of time and the parking code. Othe than that the hotel is clean with beautiful view on the lake. "

"Great property for visiting lake Garda, friendly and courteous staff. Breakfast was good I just wish all of Italy would cook their scrambled eggs a little firmer 😂 but all in all a great stay! Wonderful parking for those coming bye car. My wife also loved the hotel. "
