All in all, we had a nice stay but there just need to be a few tweaks to guest comfort to warrant the 4* in my opinion. The spa is a bit misleading, you don’t really need to book a time slot as the booking is only for the use of a relaxer chair. "Best things are the location, cause it’s walkable to main spots, and the thermal water pool. But it’s not a 5 star hotel. Few options to eat inside the hotel, quite basic and very expensive for the standard. Rooms are a bit outdated. Staff was kind and willing to help. We got a room in front of a laundry closet, there was too much noise coming from it. "

"Great hotel generally, and this was our second stay. Service was generally good and the staff work hard. The only exception was when we ate at the hotel in the evening. Limited options for families/children and waiting staff stuck us in the opposite corner of the restaurant and made clear their displeasure at our attendance close to closing time. "

"Lefay is a stunning resort with picturesque views. The rooms are gorgeous as is the outdoor pool. The only downside is the hotel is on the top of the mountain so it is a little airy to drive up and down and takes nearly 20 mins to get down. If you are looking for a beautiful spa to just relax, it is just perfect."
