"This is a high-priced hotel. Front desk staff and spa staff were excellent. The hotel itself is lovely, its location is up on a hill which provides lovely views of the salar. The rooms are nice, beds comfortable and facilities modern. However the dining options and staff need some serious attention. "Very nice hotel near historic center of Potosí. Hotel is well heated, which is important during June - August. The one problem was with the internet connection; hotel needs to upgrade its connections and routers so that guest have fast internet in all the rooms."

"Arrived and showed our Expedia reservation confirmation only to be told they were having trouble with their reservation system and didn’t have room for us for the night. The man at the front desk didn’t know what to do so he called the boss who proceeded to hang up on us when we tried to ask for a solution. We sat down in the lobby to use the WiFi to try and find an alternative and the man then demanded we leave immediately. Hostile, terrible service. Cannot be trusted. We ended up walking to...
