Most of the reviews was done when this hotel was going thru construction period. If you’re from U.S. just book this hotel it will meet your standards. "There are two good things about this hotel: location and hot water. The hotel is located in a good and safe location in Tupiza, and about 5-minute walking from the central bus station. It is an old hotel and inside some rooms you can smell sewage odor; however, it does have hot water in the bathroom. You can find better hotels in Tupiza with price that I paid for this hotel."
