"This is a high-priced hotel. Front desk staff and spa staff were excellent. The hotel itself is lovely, its location is up on a hill which provides lovely views of the salar. The rooms are nice, beds comfortable and facilities modern. However the dining options and staff need some serious attention. "Arrived and showed our Expedia reservation confirmation only to be told they were having trouble with their reservation system and didn’t have room for us for the night. The man at the front desk didn’t know what to do so he called the boss who proceeded to hang up on us when we tried to ask for a solution.
