"Lovely stay. Clean and well maintained. We were upgraded to a castle view and that was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very good value for money. Breakfast was top tier, best I’ve had at a hotel and so cheap too. Krakow was amazing and old town was so close. A short walk. "

"Lovely Christmassy hotel. Lovely rooms but the air con was rubbish. Room was extremely hot and air con only went down to 22.5 degrees. Spoke to reception who said they will send an engineer whilst out but still not fixed. Had to sleep with window open which was noisy. Breakfast was nice but price was extremely steep at £66 for an adult and 2 children. Only had once due to the price "

"Excellent experience. We loved our stay and vip upgrade room. The location is tucked around corner of Main Street. We were able to walk to all sites , restaurants and Xmas market. Large lobby, comfortable bar with pool table and helpful staff. Eco friendly options which we did participate in. Would stay again when in Gdansk. "
