"Overall good..we had a renovated room which was nice but the phone didn’t work and the fire alarm starting flashing a very bright light at 5am which was annoying. But the service was great and we were only there for one night so the minor inconveniences were not a big deal."

"Good area to stay if your going to Knots Berry Farms or the water part, and also close by Disneyland. About a 10 minute drive with light traffic. Room Rental: good price, good service, quiet area, and rooms are pretty big for a big family and No Need To Rent 2 rooms. You can fit up to 8 if your getting them with Bunk Beds. I enjoyed my stay and no complaints."

"I hope the hotel will fix the elevator to be safer, I was stuck in the elevator for a while. In room I hope the television can open Youtube or netflix to watch. Everything else was great, staff and cleaning room everything I appreciate. "
