"Had a nice stay at the Dolphin Motel while in Paihia. Rooms were spacious and clean, the property was tidy. Staff were very helpful. Just a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach/ marina."

"Ideally situated, we upgraded to a junior suite, it was smashing. Plenty of amenities in the room. Within walking distance of bars, shops and restaurants. Lovely friendly staff."

"The unit was spotlessly clean. The large bedroom was separate from the living area with plenty of room There is a pleasant view from the deck. The motel is away from the hustle and bustle of the area, making it a very peaceful and pleasant place to stay while travelling and on holiday. "

"We had an amazing time at this hotel! Great facilities, everything was always kept clean and tidy, the pool and grounds were maintained beautifuly, and the food at the hotel restaurant was wonderful! Hotel was an easy walk into the main tourist area and marina. The manager Debbie was absolutely fantastic - cannot say enough about how kind and attentive she was to us, espcially to my elderly mother. We had an issue with the AC at the start of our stay and she came in person to check it out and bring maintenance people to fix the issue. She was also very sweet to my mom, actually running her into the main marina east day so that she wouldn't need to walk. All in all, cannot recommend this hotel and staff enough! We would love to return!"
