"Good stay, no queue or delay at check in Room was nice and bar service was good. Though Still haven’t sorted the pool is to cold and the jacuzzi is way way to hot There was also a lot of kids in the pool so bit more noisy than expected "

"Lovely hotel, however due to it hosting functions, there is a lot of noise into the early hours from other guests which can cause for an interrupted sleep unfortunately."

"Breakfast okay, except for unappetising scrambled eggs. But poached, fried or boiled eggs available on request. Poor clearance of used breakfast tables. Evening meals not as appealing as in many restaurants in Belfast city centre. Room okay, with real ventilation as well as (noisy) aircon."

"This property is all about the location. Rooms could do with an upgrade but you are really only there to sleep. It’s close to everything and has great views of the river foyle and peace bridge. The staff are exceptional and incredibly friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Lovely stay staff very friendly and welcoming. Food in brasserie excellent. As we went as a couple the leisure facilities weren't what we had expected and they were quite crowded with a lot of kids. We stay often at Crawford burn another Galgorm hotel which is more suitable for couples for a relaxing stay.overall nice overnight stay and good value for money. If you were going with a couple of kids ideal."
