"Why am I getting emails about this resort? They cancelled due to Covid and Expedia keeps sending me emails about ‘my stay’ even though it was cancelled. "

"Good value for the price of the room and close to attractions like the Zoo, waterpark and casino. Room was okay but had a rip in the curtain and cobwebs and dust in the bathroom fan. We also had to ask for bath towels as we only had hand towels and wash cloths. Pool was poorly lit and water not very clear. Hot tub jets didn’t work and it look and felt like they had glued vinyl on the bottom of it as it was starting to come off. "

"Hotels .com did not say it was US currency I wouldn’t recommend they told me website needs work it’s not perfect but no refund or credits and it was $100 more for the 2 rooms "

"The facilities were clean and safe. Among the many positive moments of my stay, I most appreciated the pleasant interactions with BW staff I encountered. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and courteous. Her name is Ryanne. Unfortunately, I did not learn the name of the second staff member I would like to mention. She was the server in your BW restaurant that evening - pleasant, fun and knowledgeable. I expect to be in Grand Falls again soon and look forward to my stay."

"Loved our stay, friendly staff, our dog was welcomed and the location attached to the casino was excellent. Next time I would bring my own pillow:) Pool, hot tub and Rain shower was amazing and not busy!! We will go back:) "
