"My stay had few hiccups, like a planned power outage Sunday am (they made me aware, and also had a hot breakfast alternative available) and also I had no hot water in my room. On the othet hand the very very helpful girl Sakina, went above and beyond to find an alternate solution. She was more than accommodating with solutions which were very acceptable... Stuff happens and she handled things very professionally with a favourable outcome "
