Decent hotel for the price, upper floor queen rooms are small if theres one or a couple overnighting itll do but anything more suggest a bigger room. Rooms were clean and had the usual amenities. Good location in Fredericton , everything nearby.

While the building reflects a more established era, it maintains a high standard of cleanliness and functionality. Both the night auditor who checked us in and the lady at the desk during checkout were very friendly and efficient. Furthermore, the hotel’s affordability is an absolute plus.

It was all that I wanted and at a reasonable price. The hotel service was excellent. We had a problem with the tv and a technician came to our room within minutes. The room was clean, very pleasant, beds were comfortable and they provided a lovely breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again
