"Outstanding service. Rooms are spacious with all the amenities you need. Phenomenal views of the lake from our room. The bar is closed 5-8pm which we found super puzzling and didn’t know until we showed up at 5pm for a cocktail. Never heard of that at a hotel before. No food or drink service at the pool - also seems unusual for such a high end hotel. Otherwise a wonderful experience! "

"Great option for staying in Ita Thao. My room had a partial view over the lake and everything was so quiet. It was an excellent break from Taipei buzz. Would improve comfort in the room, especially in the bathroom. "
