Hotels with Free Parking in Mumbai Suburban from SAR 147

"Hotel is part of a different chain OYO flagship. So although I had a reservation made through Orbitz, the reservation wasn’t appearing on the hotel reservation under new flagship. No one from Orbitz told me this change. Hotel didn’t send anyone to pick me up at the Mumbai Airport although I have made reservation for Airport shuttle. "Found hotel easily, short taxi ride from airport (400 rupees). Convenient and we had a late (after midnight) checkin. No issues, tho I had phoned ahead to tell them we would be coming so late. The bathroom smelled after we had all showered (4 of us), but otherwise the family room was comfortable and what we needed for a 1 night stay."

"This property did not turn out to be what you see in the pictures. The property is very old, run down and not maintained well was not kept clean. We had stains on our bed sheets, pillow cases and towels upon arrival and even though they were asked to be changed, the new ones still had stains on them. The bathrooms were not kept clean as well, as well as all fixtures being old and worn down. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. I would not recommend this property. "

"Arrived and was told that there was no booking and the place was full...Still got charged. No manager on site just the cleaner who didn't speak english and a guest had to translate"

"Stayed for a night- check in was quick and efficient. The internet wifi code they gave us never worked but apart from that the stay was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable. They even gave us a complimentary drop off to the domestic airport the next morning which was a pleasant surprise. All in all for a good stay"

"Our first night wasn’t as good as we expected as the bed was very low. Next morning we asked if we could change and the manager was extremely helpful to change our room. Everyone was very helpful to make the changes."
