" The best thing about Citizen Hotel is its location—right by Juhu Beach, with easy access to transport and walks along the shore. The rooms are dated but very clean, with air conditioning and fans. However, the furniture feels old-school. Breakfast was overpriced with limited options, and the staff inside weren’t friendly or helpful—mostly indifferent and rarely smiled.
