"The place is out of this world. What you see in the website is what you get on arrival. It is the best place I have ever been to. The staff was welcoming on arrival, the manager welcomed me personally. I recommend it to anyone. The comfort of the bed is superb. Wooow what an excellent experience. "We first stayed at Bongani Mountain Lodge 15 years ago and returned when we saw it on special over new year. Not much has changed in 15 years. We had a nice time - the food was good and our ranger and tracker were pleasant and informative. I would not rate this lodge as luxury. The room, with a queen size bed, had seen better days and with the thatch roof and poor choice of tiles it always seemed a bit grubby. The game viewing is not great.
