Cottages in Mpumalanga

"Quaint and quiet property on the outskirts of Graskop. Host was lovely and gracious and welcoming, and provided us with helpful insights for seeing the surrounding area and a great recommendation for a bar/restaurant that was off the beaten track (the "Chubby Pig"). We had a whole "cottage" to ourselves which was more room than we needed but it had nice amenities like a full kitchen and sitting and eating areas. Bed was ok, and we did use the heated blankets! "The place is in a beautiful area away from busy city but you can get to the town for food or groceries. It’s has kept animals that are natural for the area. I loved it & the stuff was wonderful"

"We had a lovely stay. So impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment. Friendly staff... The only problem we had was the contact number given on our confirmation was incorrect. The last digit was wrong, and we struggled to get hold of the establishment. Also if we can make a suggestions, of having visible signage on the outside of the establishment as there is none, only once you enter the premises. This would make it a bit easier for guests who are unfamiliar with the area."

"The cleaning at this property is done superficially. They need to do a deep clean as there is dirt in the corners, smell from the sheets and blanket, dust on applicances and slime in the kettle. There was a service door to the bathroom which isn't itself a problem, but I could smell cigarette smoke coming through every so often in the morning."

"This is a nice property near Phabeni gate of Kruger National Park, which is just a 6 minute drive. Akani is a great host and if you need anything he will bend over backwards to help! You can park right next to your chalet, which is very helpful. - I personally hate lodges where you have to park a distance away! - There is a pub nearby that gets noisy at times, but if you run a fan it drowns out the noise. The property is very close to the main road and is very safe! "
