"Had a lovely stay with our grandson. The facilities at the hotel for kids is excellent. The soft play, pool and park were all worth a visit with the kids. We ate in the hotel for the 3 nights we were there. The food was lovely but not a great choice. Room was fine but could do with upgrading. Staying at this hotel you really need a car to get into Aviemore as it is a bit out of the centre. "

"We had a great stay for 3 nights, the staff are excellent very friendly and know their stuff. The camaraderie in the bar with the Staff and other guests was lovely, all sharing their day. Wide selection of whiskies and spirits. The food was excellent, even if you decide not to stay, go there and eat. For us the best food in Grantown, along with freshly cooked breakfasts, the Venison Pie and mussels were beautiful. Thank you Mark and Lucy and all your staff,great stay, thank you. "

"Booked this for an overnight stay and a touch of luxury. Reception staff are very welcoming. We loved our large, very comfortable room. i marked it down on the basis that the shower was not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel - very small shower head with very little power. We didn't eat in the hotel due to prior arrangements, but the restaurant looks very elegant. The lift (elevator) is a glimpse into the past."
