"Such a lovely vibe the second you walk through the door. I was given a complimentary cocktail at check in (option of with or without alcohol) and directed to where my room was. "The reception staff were helpful, making our check-in process easy. The room was of a good standard, except the headboards showed some signs of damage/wear and tear, and clearly needed replacing. When we mentioned this to reception staff later, we were told that the hotel was in the process of replacing all of the headboards, and our room was due to be done soon. The buffet style breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety, catering for all tastes and dietary requirements. "

"Reception welcome was great. Evening meal was absolutely delicious (seared monk fish medallions and garlic butter). Room was clean a organised, hot drink facility, full range of clean needing and towels. Easy check out and free parking. Staff were efficient and welcoming. One smallish moan, the shower temperature was intermittent, cool then hot then cool again continually. Took a bit of adjusting to get an acceptable hot AND cool. Great location for business reasons. I will book again."

"I found the pillows quite hard. Sore neck noted would bring own pillow in future. Room was very warm. Even with fan on. Staff could not be more friendlier. I will be back in the near future . Food was excellent. Portion sizes very good. Originally booked through trivago and breakfast was 24 pounds but booking on site breakfast was 10 pounds. Not the hotels fault. It was quiet and other guests were very friendly."
