"Beautiful and impressive mansion like staying inside a castle. I was impressed with all the antique furnitures. That was a treat for me. I was grateful for the talk after breakfast about the history of the place. Downside was that some staff services and the logistics could have been better. The hair conditioner bottle was indeed shampoo. My dietary preference at breakfast didn’t make it to the kitchen staff (or it was ignored/ forgotten). Staff Couldn’t find the key to my room upon check in. "

"GardenSong is in a great location! We were able to walk to places we wished to visit in the downtown area. Self check-in worked well. My only issue involves food/drink. A message from GardenSong indicated "Southern Breakfast Included." A second message indicated "Help yourself to a complimentary beverage in your room upon your arrival - cereals and yogurts are available as well." However, we did not notice any food or beverage in the room fridge. I still would recommend this place! I just...

"Beautiful property and easy check-in. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Beautiful room. We didn’t sleep well and we think it was because it was too quiet. We heard people walking the halls at 3:30 am and we heard people conversing early in the morning. There was no noise, like air or heat, that would drown out any noises. "
