Arrive to the property on Sunday 2/9/25 the day of the Super Bowl! The check in process was easy! The front desk attendant was very nice and friendly. She was working the front area by herself and attended to Al the guest in the lobby. She even dropped some chicken wings for us to eat during the game. The hotel was clean and the rest of the staff was nice as well. Also the morning front desk attendant that was there for morning breakfast was good as well. She stayed on top of making sure the area was clean after guest finished their breakfast. Overall recommend and would definitely stay again!

The hotel itself was great. Good breakfast, didn’t use the pool. What made my rating be 3 stars instead of 5 was the fact that we had a busload of people come at 930pm Sunday night. They were running in the hallway and yelling, laughing… very loudly. Why would the hotel fill up rooms on both sides and across from us. Bus load of people left to get a late dinner and back about 1045pm to once again obnoxiousness that woke me up. Call front desk and am told they will call rooms and remind quiet hour is 10pm. Get back to sleep and woke again at 130am to neighbors laughing, yelling and banging into walls messing around. Call front desk again, this time they go up and knock telling them they need to be quiet. I had to be on the Air Force base at 6am, so felt like it was a rather sleepless night. Oh and the train routinely also went through twice be overnight hours. I was there a Saturday and Sunday night stay.

We stay at Hyatt Place Biloxi at least once a year- at Christmas time our family tradition and it’s always 10/10. The rooms are always clean and the bed is so comfortable. The staff is always so pleasant and they take the best care of us. This hotel has complimentary hot breakfast everyday. They have a bar with happy hour from 5-7(PM of course) and they have a menu where you could order quick bites from them. Did I mention they have a pool/jacuzzi and a fire pit daily?! Amazing all day! Thanks you all for showing us a good time- every time!
