"We received a very warm welcome from Paulo, who runs the transportation service and picked us up from the airport in Belo Horizonte, and his wife Marcia, who runs the pousada. (We also used Paulo’s transportation services to go to and from Inhotim (20-30 mins each way) and to Ouro Preto.) The grounds are beautiful and lush with plants - and some toucans! "The staff was always cordial and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and the shower was good even if it needed frequent adjustments at the beginning. The breakfast was great and varied. The location was great within the Savassi neighborhood and it allowed us to walk to many restaurants, bars and stores in the area. "

"Hotel honesto, muito limpo e silencioso, cafe da manhã bastante bom mas nada de excepcional. Achei a cama muito mole e desconfortável e os funcionários do hotel eficientes porém longe de serem simpáticos. Localização excelente. Estadia ok no geral para poucas noites. "

"Fiz a reserva no mesmo dia em que eu me hospedaria. Concluí a reserva e peguei a estrada... Foram 6 horas de viagem até o local para ouvir que NÃO ESTAVAM FUNCIONANDO NESTA SEMANA. Por que eu consegui reservar, então?! ABSURDO!!! A dona viajou e me pediu, através de um funcionário, que eu fosse para outro local.... Indignação me resume! Pior, um local mais barato, alegando já ter recebido o valor. É vergonhoso esssa pessoa sem profissionalismo algum ser aceita pelo Expedia. Pior...
