"Great central location. Good pool and breakfast selection. Not pleased about the lack of housekeeping as we were staying for 2 nights. We raised this at reception but NO action was taken. Also, service at reception is extremely slow. We checked in online but it still takes ages when you get there."

"Amazing! We got a room upgrade to “the studio” which was lovely, clean and spacious. The amenities were great and the room was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, along with the other restaurants in the hotel. The highlight being the gluten free options available at all of them. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel and spa. We would 100% go back "

"Upon check in I was greeted by Zoe who offered a very warm welcome to the hotel. She was very caring and considerate. I was offered late check out also by becoming a member of Accor which was excellent as I had some online meetings in the morning and midday. The bed was very very comfy. The room was spotless. "Check in was very easy, we were greeted on arrival which was unexpected but very nice, the hotel itself is very nice, the room was clean and spacious enough for a nights stay. The town and docks are within 10-15 minute walk and there are plenty of places to eat and drink within this distance, overall very happy thank you."
