"Very disappointing hotel. I'm sure at one time the hotel was a great property but it is now in serious need of investment attention and care. The park next to the property has been closed for the last 5 years which is not mentioned or obvious when booking. The staff are not uniformed so hard to tell who is staff and most of them are sat around doing nothing but looking at their mobiles. we waited an eternity for our meal in the restaurant and the 1st night there was a function so unable to order...

"We had an amazing experience at Fly Hotel! Beds were very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and really nice!!!"

"Modern, clean, comfortable. Checkin was a hassle because we did not get the required “codes” prior to arrival (Hotel has no reception desk, check in is done using app on phone. App is in Português only). Also, WiFi code stopped working after one day and we had to contact a remote help desk to have security guard bring us new code. Staff that was in building were very helpful in assisting us with check in. One last thing, packs of barking dogs and roosters nearby were annoying."

"This property is a very good option if you are looking for a no frills bed and shower during a connection in Cuiaba. Easily walkable from the terminal. Check in was quick. Hallways and rooms are clean, but like a dormitory at stark white with bright lighting. The breakfast buffet was very good for the price. I would rate this hotel 3.0-3.5 out of 5. Not a knock against the property as much as a recognition that it’s a $50USD transit option with few amenities. "
