"Very disappointing hotel. I'm sure at one time the hotel was a great property but it is now in serious need of investment attention and care. The park next to the property has been closed for the last 5 years which is not mentioned or obvious when booking. The staff are not uniformed so hard to tell who is staff and most of them are sat around doing nothing but looking at their mobiles. we waited an eternity for our meal in the restaurant and the 1st night there was a function so unable to order...

"I stayed for 2 nights. The tours offered were great. I saw many birds, Giant anteater and little Anteater, and a pair of Jaguar. The swimming pool was clean and nice for the hot noon to mid-afternoons between the tours. The food for 3 meals were excellent and had many choices. The room is spacious. I will return for another two nights on Oct. 5 to 7."

"Quando chegamos pro check in tivemos que esperar pois Não haviam staff para fazer nosso cadastro. O café da manhã não é como nas fotos, é servido na bandeja contado individualmente.O quarto tinha cheiro forte de mofo e muita umidade, não tinha outros clientes então poderiam ter nos oferecido quarto melhores, mas nos deixaram nos fundos perto do canil do vizinho e os cachorros latiam muito durante a manhã, nosso quarto tinha mesinha improvisadas de escola, e as portas do banheiro eram de ferro e...

"The most incredible, unique hotel and destination. If you are yearning to see diverse species of birds, caiman, fish, monkeys, as in el Pantanal, multiple varieties of trees, flowers, fauna in an enchanting landscape, then you cannot do better than stay at Pousada Sia Mariana. The long trip from Cuiabá airport is rewarded a hundred times. The staff were beyond helpful and accommodating, the daily 3 meals and tea, delicious. A « One of a Kind » stay."

"This is not a lodge for bird watchers. There are four rooms and a outdoor eating area in the middle of the woods. There is no reception, the guests are alone, the person who does the cooking and is excellent at that and also cleans the rooms is there several times a day but she doesn't speak English. The area is very good for birds, while we were there they had young people staying to party and play loud music. Don't stay over the weekends unless you are there to party. They don't have air...
