"Yes, this is old hotel and need some refurbishment of their rooms. However, the staff, food, location is exceptional - there is no doubt about the 5* rating and price to the quality. The views from the restaurant on 2nd floor during breakfast, or if You choose Panorama Sky Bar on 40th floor are incredible. On top of that there is brand new SPA/GYM facilities ran by third party company called OMNI, however included in the room price - it is simply amazing!"

"Our 2nd Stay at the Duval apartments. The room we were allocated was a small apartment well equipped with a modern bathroom, comfortable bed ,fridge, kettle, cutlery Etc. The room was tastefully decorated and well maintained. Excellent location in the centre of the old town close to many restaurants and museums. "Really lovely stay - booked this hotel by mistake but had no regrets about the mistake. Executive room is clean, large and decor is urban style. Cleaning staff are fantastic. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Some of the reception staff are helpful. Massive thanks to Maia on reception who was friendly and helpful. Also recommend the shop with no name around the corner where the lady is so friendly and smiley"
