"First, the counter, rude impolite staff Rooms, the Dirtiest place I never seen in Malaysia... Please check the Review on Google for pictures Beds, old metallic springs broken Bed bugs!!! It was a nightmare. I needed to go public laundry to wash all my clothes and luggage before to bring them in to my place and wash again. Worry bring back bed bugs with me"

"Rooms and decor bit dated and worn. Lots tourists from China. Breakfast buffet gets chaotic. Small beds. Good location to Jonker St. Value for money if you get at the right price"

"Great in theory, but it’s a little tired. Only one of the dining options was open, which was a challenge given it’s a long way from anything else. The pool is gorgeous but closes at 6, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall it was fine, but not what I expected for the price paid"
