Hotel with a Concierge in Macau SAR from SAR 275

"The hotel and it’s location are great (only few minute away from the ferry too) Our only two complaints would be the smoking smell in our room (non smoking) always present but stronger during the evening (felt it was coming through the ventilation). The second one would be the lack of local breakfast items whereas there were plenty of western options. It would have been great to see the local food more represented."

"I thought the pool was a lot bigger than what it actually was, as per the advertisement. We had the buffet breakfast every morning and were so happy with what was on offer. It set us up perfectly for a day of sightseeing ☺️ Each time we dined at one of the restaurants we had delicious meals. "Staffs went to extra mile to make sure our needs were met eg. brought us outlet adaptors, charging cables. Checkin and concierge staff were helpful and friendly. Calls to service line were picked up quickly. The only thing that can be improved is the tv remote control. We stayed in two rooms during our visit. Both tv controls did not work. The one in the last bedroom continued not working after the technician came. "
