Excellent stay at this hotel. Staff were helpful, professional and welcoming. The complementary sandals in the room for adults and our child was a nice touch. Definitely will stay again in the future.

Clean environment and friendly staff. I asked for a room with a better view and they gave it to me immediately. Housekeeper Li Li gave me small gifts everyday to help me sleep. I lost my Asus Rog Ally but they helped me find it.

Andaz has given me wonderful service. I extended an extra stay after my business travel and they would leave eye masks, glasses cleaner and cloth, alongside a deep sleep pillow spray in my room to make sure my stay was comfortable. They also left me a personalized handwritten note to encourage me to lift my spirits even though I was working. Super thoughtful. I also requested a cake to celebrate a promotion and they were very accommodating to bring it to the bar downstairs last minute instead of my room. Breakfast and the complimentary cake was super yummy and plentiful. Because there is no casino right downstairs of our hotel, it is also relatively quiet during the day and night. I would highly recommend to stay at Andaz if you are looking for a stay that is luxurious and modern. I would stay there again next time I am in Macau.

Good Service, Very Good Breakfast, but noisy room.
Checking in during peak holiday season, I found the process to be acceptable, and the staff were very helpful. I've booked a room with breakfast included, having stayed at over 50 four and five-star hotels before. This experience is currently the top rating I've given so far. While the hotel's overall quality met my expectations, there was one significant issue that needed attention. The air conditioning in our room was extremely loud - almost intolerable as a white noise. Unfortunately, this made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep, and we were both kept awake by the constant hum of the AC.
