"Beautiful property, fun place to visit"

"Andaz has given me wonderful service. I extended an extra stay after my business travel and they would leave eye masks, glasses cleaner and cloth, alongside a deep sleep pillow spray in my room to make sure my stay was comfortable. They also left me a personalized handwritten note to encourage me to lift my spirits even though I was working. Super thoughtful. I also requested a cake to celebrate a promotion and they were very accommodating to bring it to the bar downstairs last minute instead of my room. Breakfast and the complimentary cake was super yummy and plentiful. Because there is no casino right downstairs of our hotel, it is also relatively quiet during the day and night. I would highly recommend to stay at Andaz if you are looking for a stay that is luxurious and modern. I would stay there again next time I am in Macau. "

"Nice hotel, we checked in about 20 mins early and no problem. Upon learning it was my wife's birthday, they upgraded us to a better view room and sent over a nice cake. We had room service in the evening which was delicious, and the hotel breakfast in the morning was great too - lots to choose from and the quality across the board was pretty decent, which is rare for hotel breakfasts. Coffee could have been better though! Other than that had a great time - we went to Macau to visit TeamLab which was not too far away. There is a free shuttle to the Macau ferry pier or a bunch of other locations which made it easy"

"Was such a unique hotel. We were on the 10th floor done in 1940s style.... but had all the modern things.. like usb ports beside the bed... adapters. Staff were fantastic.... area was walkable and safe. "
