The hotel was on the outskirts of Vienna ehich is normally serviced by a direct train and easy to get to, unfortunatelythere were works on the line duringour stay, but this is nothing to do with the hotel. Its opposite a large shopping park that is on foot. Overall we were satisfied with our stay."

"As a wellness hotel it was very good value and in a nice, quiet area. It was right next to the river Thaya. All facilities were well maintained and great to use. My room (single) had an annoying noise together with a smell of cigarette coming from the bathroom which woke me up during the night.. It took a day and several requests to fix the noise (I stayed 3 nights), but the smell apparently could not be fixed. "We've visited Therme Laa - Hotel & Spa twice during a posting in Vienna. The hotel is easily accessible from Vienna also by train. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the nearby train station in Laa. The hotel has a high standard and a rather good restaurant.
