"In general, a good hotel and attentive and friendly staff. However, after I pointed out to the concierge early morning that the coffee machine in the room was inoperative, the concierge shrugged his arms and told me in an utterly indifferent manner to purchase coffee in the restaurant - despite the fact that I had paid for an upgraded room at check-in."

"Very nice hotel, modern rooms, street parking right in front (they also had a garage, I never used it) balcony had views of terraced vineyards and over Krems, plentiful breakfast buffet, nice bar/lounge area, helpful staff, just tops! I didn't use any of the spa services or sauna/pool, but other guests looked happy coming from there! A few good restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk downhill if you don't want to drive. Was there in January; I'm sure it's even lovlier in summer. "

"The lady at the front desk (probably the manager) is very friendly. We rented 2 adjacent rooms and stayed there for three nights with our daughter, son-in-law and 15 months old grand daughter"

"This is a wonderful hotel near the Vienna airport but it is outside of the Vienna city limits. The food is amazing, the beds are very comfortable and the staff are wonderful. It costs about $38E for an Uber ride into the city. There are no trollies or subways near the hotel. "

"Weve stayed here a couple times before and like it. Its the best place to stay in Hainburg, has a restaurant/spa/wine bar on site. Close to the Danube and lots of hiking."
