"Our only regret about our stay at this hotel is that we cannot give it more stars. The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced. All of the staff were friendly and communicative, all prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
