"The surrounding of this property are stunning, they have a lake view and plenty of trails, lots of wildlife etc. Our room was a good size, but it was very dusty and not updated. Food was fine, but expensive and the cafeteria like restaurant was very loud, especially with kids and large groups eating. "

"I liked the environment, and the nice atmosphere of the restaurant. The food was very good. But what I did not like sis that the chalet was a little bit old and the rooms had only small windows, and were not facing the most interesting scene which is the lake."

"We stayed as part of a snowmobile trip. The place is set up perfectly for that with ample parking for trailers and easy external access to the rooms. The rooms are not fancy, but exceptionally clean and well kept. The food in the restaurant was great and reasonably priced. The owner served us in the dining room and he was very friendly and engaging. "

"The host was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. It’s a historic house which he lovingly restored and upgraded with modern conveniences. Lots of period details and antique touches throughout. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay there next time we visit the area."
