We enjoyed everything about our stay. Sunsets and star gazing were the perfect ending to our relaxing days. The home was comfortable with beautiful views. We enjoyed hiking along the waterfalls and the nearby spa.

Long weekend stay
We booked this VRBO for the long weekend as it was close to family. It was a very convenient location to visit them. The place had everything we needed for our stay and is in a beautiful, quiet location. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay!
We had a lovely stay! Even though the power went out because of a storm the hosts were very helpful, communicated with us to get a generator hooked up and offered to help with anything else. The big windows and cozy space were perfect for a weekend getaway. Would recommend!

It was okay
I hope the owner upgrades the furniture and other appliances in the cottages. It looks nice and cute but needs to upgrade the things inside. Overall, the area and cleanliness were good.

Fantastic stay away from the city
We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage just outside of Rawdon. It is nicely located in a retreated area which provides quiet and peaceful times. We get access to the lake which is nice to swim in and you can even catch fish! It is also quite close to Rawdon for groceries and whatnot. The owners were very helpful and responsive. Everything is functional and you can have nice BBQs on the awesome deck which has the sun until it goes to bed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

March break getaway
We had a lovely March break in a relaxing quiet setting. We took advantage of the Nordic Spa at La Source as well as skiing at MontCalm. Marie-Danielle dug out the outdoor fire pit and brought over extra wood so we could have a campfire and roast marshmallows. We loved having the kitchen to cook all of our meals as well as eating at the dinner table with a beautiful view of the sunset.

Absolutely Loved Our Stay
My wife and our two dogs stayed here for 5 nights and we loved it. The first impression we had was how clean the entire chalet was. It is obvious that the owners take pride in their property. The nights were cold outside but the chalet was nice and warm and there was also the option of a fireplace but we chose not to use it. The bed was comfortable and we had no issues sleeping. The patio outside is nice and big with plenty of room to barbecue and gaze at the beautiful scenery. The owner, Marie-Danielle and her husband were very gracious and kindly took the time to show my wife her horses and talk about the history of the area. There were only a few issues we had with the chalet..The most important is that there is no couch to sit on. While this may not be a major issue, after a few days we really missed sitting on a couch and really wished there was one. The second issue, there is no TV. Again, not a major issue, but after a few days I really wished there was one to watch a Netflix series. Other than these two minor issues, everything else was great and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Very quiet, peaceful spot
We stayed here for 3 nights over labour day weekend and had an amazing time! Very nice place for our small family of four + our dog. The beds are SOOOO comfy and the outdoor deck was where we spent almost all our time (the view of the lake is stunning). The cottage itself is cozy, not very big but has that cottage feel which is great. We had everything we needed (stove, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, fresh towels). Note: there is no oven but they do have a BBQ. There is also no living room or tv but we spent all our time outdoors anyway. We really enjoyed the scenery and the short walk to the beach; the standup paddle board was awesome and the lake is very still and peaceful. We also enjoyed the outdoor fire pit at night and the wood was heavily stocked. One caution: if you have any mobility issues it may hard to get up and down the path to the fire pit and also, indoors into the shower. We has no issues at all but we are young and pretty agile! The host was lovely and so responsive; thank you Marie-Danielle. Check in was very easy and she shared a lot of very helpful instructions, tips, and information about our stay well in advance which was very appreciated. 10/10 would recommend this cottage! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Welcoming space with beautiful view of the lake
We enjoyed every minute. What was not clear to me from the description is that the living room is really part of one of the bedrooms. Still, there was a cozy feel to the cottage and many windows from which to appreciate the wonderful views. Sunset was a great show every evening!

Parfait pour la relaxation
Magnifique, propre et parfait pour se détendre. La propriétaire répond rapidement aux messages. Il y a quelques petits trucs à améliorer (pas assez de débarbouillettes mises à disposition pour le nombre de personne (on en avait apporté en extra au cas) mais le coin laveuse-sécheuse est grandement pratique, brosse à bbq doit être changée) mais somme toute le chalet est très propre et très joli, avec plusieurs endroits pour relaxer. Superbe vue sur la terrasse. Merci pour le séjour!

Chalet convenable mais .....
Le chalet est acceptable, mais il devient vite évident que les photos et la description sont trompeuses. La climatisation mentionnée se limite à une petite unité de fenêtre installée dans une petite pièce, loin de suffire pour rafraîchir tout le chalet. Bien que les fenêtres paraissent récentes, elles sont difficiles à manipuler : pour les fermer, il faut passer par l'extérieur car les mécanismes sont défectueux. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, le chalet n'est pas situé au bord d'un lac directement. Il faut marcher un certain temps pour accéder au lac. De plus, un supplément a été facturé pour le bois du foyer extérieure, bien qu'il y en ait sur place suffisamment pour tout un été, ce qui aurait dû être inclus dans le prix de départ. Le chalet n'a pas de salon ni de télévision, et le lit de la chambre principale est très bruyant et inconfortable.

We had a great stay here. Marie Danielle was great to deal with. The cottage was cozy and all we basically needed. The outdoor patio was lovely in the morning and at evening to watch the sunset.

Très beau séjour! Le chalet est propre et confortable. Il faisait très chaud à notre arrivée et difficile de rester sur la terrasse. Nous avons demander à l’hôte si il y avait un parasol et elle nous a prêter le sien en attendant de recevoir celui qu’elle a commandé pour le chalet. Super service et toujours des réponses rapides! L’accès au paddle board est super, ce serait encore mieux si on pouvait le laisser sur la berge pour éviter de le transporter à chaque utilisation. Le fond lac est un peu vaseux au début mais très agréable quand on a dépasser ce bout. C’est un lac, c’est normal :)
