"the bathroom is tiny, If you are taller than 5'4" you may have trouble using the toilet. I travelled with my 80 years old mother and she had trouble getting in and out of the bathroom so we had to cancel the reservation and moved to another hotel. the staff there was so helpful and tried very hard to find us a place to stay in town with a bigger bathroom. "

"The manager and staff went truly above and beyond to help us as we had lost our passports. The hotel itself is well located and the room was large by Japanese standards. We would definitely stay there again if we were in Kochi."

"Noisy Japanese male groups didn't close the door and keep talking loud even in midnight. Closing doors without holding the handles was really loud and disturbing at 12am. I understand it was a nice time to hang out with friends but should shut the doors to let other customers rest properly. Do not choose the option with room chosen by the hotel."
