"Fabulous wooden hut accomodation in the woods by a stream, but although there was a cafe and menu, they wanted 5 days pre-booking for food. This wasnt mentioned anywhere in the booking info - lucky we had a car to travel the half hour journey to nearest town. Others who had booked food had good ameneties for bar-b-que etc but we felt a bit hard done by."

"Orient Hotel Kochi is good choice in Kochi city. The location is very convenient to explore the city. The staff are incredibly helpful. The hotel room we stayed was very clean and neat and service was excellent."

"Although this hotel may not be the newest one on the block, the facility and cleanliness were excellent. But what I was impressed with was the staff members' professionalism and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to help me whenever I had questions. The hotel also comes with an excellent restaurant. Their lunch and desserts are great. If I come back to Kochi, I will stay here again. "A small family-run guest house in Kami, which is a small town with few shops and restaurants. The onsen was located just off the main road thus considered convenient (for self drive). All guest rooms (with Japanese tatami) were located upstairs with narrow corridor, thus we couldn't bring luggage up but pack some overnight stuff instead. Luckily parking was just outside complex, so we could retrieve things as often as we like. We chose this Onsen as back up because our original booking was...
