"The rooms are nice, and the breakfast is lovely. The staff were very polite and professional. My husband and I were 10 minutes late checking out because I was having a critical blood sugar low (type one diabetic), however the staff were every good about it. "Location is a bit far from the central station but extremely easy to reach using the local tram cars. Beds are simple, clean, and comfortable. Laundry machines are available and cheaper than at other places I've stayed. Free breakfast and dinner are a nice perk. Staff are incredibly friendly and can speak English as well. This was a very nice experience and I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance to return to Kochi."
