It has the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen, including an omelette station. Friendly helpful staff. Second time I stayed here and will stay here in future visits."

"The sauna and pool is not included in the room price and this was not clear to me. They require from guests to make a reservation (which costs 8,000 Tenge which is quite steep) and then you can use the pool and sauna - but only for one hour. Breakfast buffet was decent; staff overall friendly; neighbourhood not that great but Hotel shielded off from traffic/quiet. Some staff have perfect English, others don’t. "

Breakfast was the same food both times i stayed here. the fried rice was very delicious but the others were just average. the rooms are very old fashioned and dated. broken tiles, stains, toilet not thoroughly scrubbed and shower head that didn't work properly. the liquid soap at the sink smells horrible. i...
