"Had a good stay here. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. I didn’t use the spa facilities but I was given a tour and they looked fantastic. A shame I didn’t have enough time to partake. Breakfast was ok. I found the room very warm and needed to open the window during -15c to cool down a bit. The radiators didn’t seem to be adjustable."

"The pull out sofa was an abysmal bed. Not worth it to pay for that when there were springs poking through the mattress that had zero padding. Good was good. Hotel was clean. Only complaint was the pull out sofa as a bed. "

Very limited ability to charge to room (results in multiple charges and fees for international visitors). "The hotel is new but service is odd. At the checkout- I was in the rush on my way to airport, the reception desk refused to return my security deposit - asking me to show a receipt from transaction (which I could not find). It was inconvenient. When you put a charge on the credit card- hotel should keep a copy for the record... Overall my room was clean and service team was friendly."
