"Only two negatives really - laundry very expensive (always is). Room card stopped working 6 times and I had to go to the reception each time. They eventually changed a battery in the door but this took too long. Everything else great "

"Gentle door man, receptionist and restaurant stuff. They’re very supportive for my Almaty experience. Room is clean enough. Hot shower is working well. ドアマン、レセプション、レストランスタッフ全ての方がサポーティブで、良い滞在になりました。部屋も綺麗で大きさもちょうど良かった。ホットシャワーもしっかりでる。女子1人旅でも2人旅でも使いやすいホテル。徒歩1分のところにスーパーあり。 "
