"The hotel is one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. I have been to this hotel as a child and it was a fantastic hotel back then but now its gone down so much! The room was dirty and had a terrible smell.The room looked like it wasn't clean for years. We complained to the manager and he move us to another room and it was also very dirty and my partner showed the manager the dirty parts of the room and the manager agreed that the room is not clean. "We had a small situation where when we switched off the A/C the whole room was dripping water as later I found out that the walls are made out of clay. So all our bags and the entire room got watery…but other than that, staff was extremely professional and friendly, location is beautiful as well. Wish the parking situation was better, overall it was a great stay"

"We stayed here on our honeymoon, and was expecting a little more hospitality to be honest couldn't even get a free drink out of them 😅. They do hound you a little in the mornings for room service so don't expect a lay in at this place!
