"Toted as being one of the most remote hotels in SL the hotel did not disappoint. Fabulous location and well run for such a remote site. You certainly got a sense of the rainforest by the time you got there. Our container was comfortable and the bar and dinning rooms spacious. As vegetarians we were a little bored with curry and rice yet again but it was nice not to have to face another buffet dinner as dinner was served to you. "An excellent choice for the last day and night of a two week trip in Sri Lanka. Got to the hotel hours before the check in time, and was given a room straight away. There are multiple restaurants to choose from for dinner. Dinner at Ocean was fab! Cocktails at the roof top bar were nice. And the afternoon by the pool was chilled. All the staff were friendly and very helpful."
