"This was a very convenient hotel when traveling from Dublin airport and needing to make use of Heuston Station. Good sized room, staff was very friendly, in particular Nacho on the front desk. Food options looked great, although we didn’t have time to sample them."

"Lift broke down several times. Tv did not work despite management trying it fix it. Food was shocking so much my partner got violently ill. Despite checking in with credit card we were required to pay for each item. When leaving staff brought luggage coatkeys left in room and taxi back to pick up. Disaster rm 238"

Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. Fantastic service all round, highly recommend and will be returning....

"A lovely hotel near the airport it’s quiet and has hot water with good pressure! I liked that it offered a shuttle but didn’t realize it was still a bit of a walk from where you get dropped off to the terminal. It’s a sheltered walk but further than expected. "
