"The hotel is ideally located for staying when visiting UCD. I have made numerous trips this fall, staying here each time. I have never been disappointed. The hotel is always clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful. Bala continues to go out of his way to make my stay comfortable. "Location is great. I’ve never been asked for photo ID at check-in before…I found it odd …Room and downstairs were lovely, comfortable. There were insects coming out from under the bath. The carpet in hallway needs an upgrade, there were drips coming from the ceiling. I paid the €5 overnight car park fee and went off on a hike with my kids. Half way round Bray Head I thought of renewing the car park ticket , but nothing I could do. When we got back to hotel at 5pm, car was clamped. €125 had to be...

"A fabulous stay in one of the most beautiful locations. The pool and spa area here is really lovely with dark, obsidian feel. The food is lovely and the bar looks out across the Powerscourt estate to the Sugar Loaf hill. The service is impeccable and the rooms are huge and well appointed. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended and worth the money. "
