"I booked this hotel for a short, one night stay between flights, as the airport Hilton was full. I had relatively low expectations but I ended up being very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The room was nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable. It was also very good value, and significantly cheaper than the Hilton. I’ve ready rebooked for next week."

"The hotel is okay. It serves a purpose and is quite cheap. Close to the airport and the therme spa. Poor English spoken. I was also charged 2 times luckily my bank has refunded me. I paid on the link sent by hotels.com then they said they couldn’t see the payment and took my payment again when I thought they was checking my card details to find my payment. They also put us in the wrong room then asked us to move but eventually left us. The cleaner tried to open our door at 10am. When I opened...

"The gentleman at the front desk found my reservation from hotels.com but could not check me in. So I left for three hours and came back still he could not do anything. I was willing to take a new reservation and not care about the money that I lost. He did not want me to do it either. Left the hotel again and came back at 8 PM in evening then the lady at the front desk helped me check in. It was a frustrating experience. I think it was a training issue. Needed to take shower at 6 AM. No hot...
