"The gentleman at the front desk found my reservation from hotels.com but could not check me in. So I left for three hours and came back still he could not do anything. I was willing to take a new reservation and not care about the money that I lost. He did not want me to do it either. Left the hotel again and came back at 8 PM in evening then the lady at the front desk helped me check in. It was a frustrating experience. I think it was a training issue. Needed to take shower at 6 AM. No hot...

"This place does not exist anymore, it is part of the little bucharest hostel, which caused a lot of confusion at the time of check in.
